Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Exotic Shards. As many of our products are custom-made and fragile, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.





Custom & Made-to-Order Products



Most of our glass mirrors, LED designs, and custom items are made specifically for each order.


• Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.

• Order cancellations after confirmation may incur a 20% processing and material fee.





Ready-Stock Items (if listed)



• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• A 10% restocking fee may apply





Damaged Items During Delivery



We take extreme care in packaging fragile products.


If your item arrives damaged:


  1. Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Share photos + video proof



Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims due to courier policies.


Approved claims may receive a replacement or partial refund.





Non-Returnable Items



The following cannot be returned:


• Custom size/design products

• Used items

• Items damaged after delivery

• Products without original packaging





Refund Process



If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.





Order Cancellation



Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may begin and cancellation fees may apply.





Incorrect Address



We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
