Thank you for shopping with Exotic Shards. Each piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packed to ensure safe delivery.
Order Processing Time
Because many of our products are made-to-order:
• Custom glass, mirrors & LED designs: 7–10 business days processing time
• Ready-stock items (if listed): 1–3 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Time
After dispatch:
• Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, product size, and weight. Fragile items require secure protective packaging.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Delays
As many of our glass products are handmade, minor delays may occur. We prioritize quality and safe packaging.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Record a clear unboxing video
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share photos and video proof
Claims without unboxing video proof may not be accepted due to courier policies.
